The ten clubs of the 2020 Erovnuli Liga season and the three top clubs of the Women’s League took part in the 2021/2022 UEFA licensing process.
Based on the submitted documents and expert assessment, the Licensing Committee took final decisions that have been communicated to the football clubs and UEFA.
All clubs that qualified for the 2021/2022 UEFA club competitions successfully completed the licensing process and have been admitted to next season’s European tournaments. These are:
- Dinamo Tbilisi
- Dinamo Batumi
- Dila Gori
- Nike Tbilisi
Additionally, the Licensing Committee submitted the recommendation to admit the 2020 Georgian Cup winners Gagra, who compete in Crystalbet Erovnuli Liga 2, in the 2021/2022 European competitions in accordance with the UEFA emergency regulations.
Clubs that have been issued with a license will be continuously monitored throughout the 2021/2022 season, ensuring that they fulfil the relevant obligations.
