The women’s national team of Georgia played its first game under the new coaching staff. Levan Bajelidze’s debut as head coach proved to be successful, as the Georgians beat the hosts convincingly 3:0. The game’s best player was Lela Chichinadze, who scored all three goals. Our girls will play their next friendly game on 27 February, when once again, their opponents will be the United Arab Emirates national side. On 12 April, the Georgian women’s team will play a Euro 2017 qualifying game away to the Czech Republic.
