National Women’s team successfully qualified for the 2017 European Championship. Georgian team won the last round match against the National team of Andorra by the score 7:0 and was promoted to the first place. Prior to the aforesaid match our team defeated the team of Fares Islands by the score 2:0 and lost to Malta by the score 1:2. National teams of Malta, Fares Islands and Georgia got 6 points each but Georgia won by the goal difference and took the first place.

After the successful completion of the qualification round, our team will participate in the play-offs. The 2017 European Championship will take place in Netherlands in August 2017.
