Federations and Clubs…

That is self-evident that level of staff education is the matter of first priority in any activity and football is not an exception to the rule. It is not only training of coaches… It is mandatory for each staff member of federations and clubs to have respective skills and habits in management and organizational matters and the CFM training was very useful in this respect. UEFA provided funding for the organization of CFM courses for five National Associations of Eastern Europe such as Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

 

CFM training lasted for 8 months and included three workshops and the following six online modules: football organization, strategic management, operational management, marketing, communication and event management. The participants submitted their reports and had final examinations. The following employees had been successfully certified:

 

-          National Football Federation of Georgia: Georgi Katsitadze, Gega Gobejishvili, Davit Datunashvili, Koka Khurtsia, Irakli Nakaidze, Otar Giorgadze, Eka Eloshvili, Tamar Asitiani

-          Georgian Football Clubs: Nika Jgarkava (FC Dinamo Tbilisi), Paata Abuladze (FC Sioni Bolnisi), Salome Kikalishvili (FC Saburtalo), Mikheil Bekurashvili (School No.35), Georgi Kipiani (Locomotive Academy), Beka Pipia (Dinamo ASrena stadium), Berika Shukakidze (FC Chikhura), Georgi Tugushi (FC Dila).

 

As we mentioned above the staff training is the matter of the first priority for the Georgian Football Federation and Bakar Jordania, Tamar Chichinadze, Tata Burduli, Dimotri Bokeria and Vako Darsadze completed an UEFA advanced training courses in DFM just recently.

 

GFF will continue the implementation of different UEFA educational programs in the future.
