For the first time ever, the Pro License course – the highest educational course for football coaches – took place in Georgia. A total of seven UEFA instructors visited Tbilisi during this period, including specialists from Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Italy and Netherlands. The Pro License course was completed by 15 Georgian coaches of various ages, who will now have the opportunity to work in coaching at the highest level. The UEFA Pro License course was organised by the Georgian Football Federation, with support from UEFA. The presentation ceremony took place at the Mikheil Meskhi Stadium, where course graduates were presented with their diplomas and licenses by GFF president Levan Kobiashvili and coaching education director Gaioz Darsadze. The ceremony was also attended by the head of UEFA’s Department of Football Education Frank Ludolph and the Pro License course curator Dany Ryser.
