The aim of the memorandum is to prevent, expose and punish crime in football, as well as to popularise healthy lifestyle, through deeper mutual cooperation. The MIA and the GFF will share their experiences with each other and devise appropriate recommendations and proposals for preventing crime in football. The two sides will also work on exposing and punishing match-fixing and other crime related to football games.

If needed, the two bodies will review and devise football-related normative acts, projects and other documents. Joint learning and training courses, as well as events aimed at raising public awareness, will also be taking place as part of the memorandum.
